Lavaê Privacy Policy

Lavaê is an app for car washes to organize the yard, work orders, vehicles, commissions and payments. This policy explains, in plain language, which data the app uses and how it is handled, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Who is responsible
Lavaê is developed and maintained by WAS Sistemas & Serviços (CNPJ 46.377.981/0001-91), run by Wellington A. Silva (the "developer"). Because the data stays only on your device, you control and are responsible for the information you enter, including your customers' information. 2. Which data the app uses
All the information below is typed or chosen by you inside the app:

The app does not request location permission, does not access your contacts, microphone or messages and does not collect advertising identifiers.
3. Where the data is stored
Data is kept in a local database inside the app's private storage on your device. It is not sent to any Lavaê server. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, the information you entered is erased from the device and cannot be recovered by us.
Please note: Android may offer Google's automatic backup for your device. If you keep it turned on, part of the app's data may be copied to your Google account, according to Google's own settings and policy. You can manage this in your device settings.
4. Permissions used
- Camera and photos: used only when you choose to take or attach a photo of the vehicle (for example, at arrival check-in). The photo is saved inside the app.
- Phone and WhatsApp: when you tap “Call”, the app opens your phone's dialer with the customer's number. When you tap “Notify customer”, it opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message (customer's first name and the car's plate) saying the vehicle is ready. You are the one who sends it; from there, those apps' own policies apply.
- Notifications: used only if you turn on “Reminder before appointments”. The reminder is created on the device itself, from your schedule, without going through any server. You can turn it off in the app's or Android's settings.
5. Data sharing
Lavaê does not share, sell or transfer your data to third parties. Sharing happens only through an action of yours, when you tap “Share” on a PDF document (order or receipt) or send the car-ready notice by WhatsApp. In those cases you choose the destination app (email, WhatsApp, etc.) and the content then follows that service's rules. Inform your customers and obtain their consent when necessary.
6. Ads, tracking and third-party services
The app shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking tools and does not integrate third-party services that collect usage data.
7. Your rights (LGPD)
Because the data stays on your device, you can at any time view, correct or delete the information directly in the app or by removing the app. If you have any question about your rights as a data subject, write to contato@wassistemas.com.
8. Security
Data is kept in the app's protected storage, accessible only to the app itself. We recommend keeping your device screen lock on and your system up to date. The developer has no access to the data stored on your device.
9. Children and teenagers
Lavaê is intended for professionals and businesses and is not directed at people under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. If there is a relevant change, it will be announced on the app's store page.
